Terrestrial: Jewish Thought and a World Disrupted
In my current book-in-progress, I analyze the profound challenges ecological crisis poses to Jewish theology. I analyze the gap between the thought-worlds within which Jewish tradition developed and the new understandings of the human as but one kind of agent among many in our dynamic, responsive planetary reality. If you’d like a taste of my work, I invite you to read “There is No ‘Away’: Ecological Fact as Jewish Theological Problem.”
I welcome the opportunity to share my ideas with scholarly, undergraduate, and community audiences. If you are interested in bringing me to speak about this work, please fill out this contact form. I would be delighted to hear from you.
